Headquartered in Ahmedabad, the company has evolved from a proprietary firm named Ducon Consulting Engineers, which was incepted in 1988 by Mr. Devendra C. Shah.

Over the years, Ducon has empowered and embellished a multitude of facilities including hospitals, recreation centers, educational campuses, public assembly buildings/spaces, malls, commercial & residential multi-storied structures, stadiums, banquets, hotels, clubs, multiplexes, townships, religious & institutional campuses as well as over 750 industrial structures.
